Urgently required: anti-CD33 antibodies
CD33 is a leukocyte differentiation antigen that is highly expressed in hematopoietic cells and shows prominent expression in early granulocytopoietic precursors. The expression of CD33 also enables the differentiation between myeloic and lymphatic forms of leukemia, so this antigen is extremely interesting in respect of tissue-based tumor diagnostics.
Includes:
Week -3 to 0: antigen production
Week 1 to 4: selection and isolation of the antibodies
Week 5 to 8: antibody production and QC
Result: a CD33 antibody for IHC
