Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

qScript cDNA SuperMix is the first true cDNA supermix for 2-step qRT-PCR analysis. This one tube supermix combines all enzymes and components needed for cDNA synthesis in a single, ready-to-use solution. This format reduces the complexity of cDNA synthesis offering improved reproducibility over a broad dynamic range of RNA template input.

Quanta BioSciences introduces next generation FastMix technology for qPCR and qRT-PCR. Fast cycling requires reagent systems that are capable of rapid polymerization kinetics. Perfecta FastMixes deliver high efficiency qPCR results in as little as 33 minutes. They are available for use with TaqMan probe and SYBR Green detection technologies.

Quanta has leveraged Perfecta Fast qPCR technology with qScript cDNA synthesis technology to produce the first one-step fast qRT-PCR reagents that are optimized for fast cycling real-time PCR. qScript One-Step Fast MGB qRT-PCR Kits have been specifically optimized to provide exceptional qRT-PCR efficiency and sensitivity with TaqMan-MGB probes. These kits are suitable for use in duplexed one-step qRT-PCR with VIC-MGB labeled TaqMan endogenous controls, and other TaqMan MGB probes, and qScript One-Step Fast qRT-PCR Kits are available for all real time instrumentation. Rapid cDNA synthesis and PCR kinetics deliver high performance qRT-PCR results in as little as 38 minutes.

Founding members of Quanta BioSciences led the development of pioneering reagents including Invitrogen’s SuperScript RT-PCR Kits, Platinum Taq, and Bio-Rad’s iScript, and iQ/iTaq SuperMixes. For unique client needs, Quanta’s Custom development team works directly with clients to develop specific solutions. For more information please visit www.quantabio.com.
