Aspen Groups represents most of the lodging community in the Aspen area, and is able to assist you in getting complete group packages. These packages can include lodging, discounted airline tickets, ground transfers, door-to-door sports equipment and luggage delivery, ski and snowboard lift tickets, conference and meeting space, catering, winter/summer activities, and any additional group information you may need.

Group Definition:
A group consists of 10 or more sleeping rooms, 20 or more people, any corporate group or incentive event requiring travel assistance to our Colorado destination.  Aspen has been known for hosting a variety of groups from small ski clubs of 20 people to large special events in the thousands.

Our professional and friendly staff can assist you with every aspect of meeting arrangements including the following:

Site Selection:
Confirmation of lodging availability and rates and assistance in the selection of the facility by providing a detailed proposal.

Site Inspection:
Scheduling visits to individual facilities and tours of the Aspen area.

Marketing and Promotions:
Distribution of information including maps, brochures or videos to meeting planners in need of promotional materials.
